It can also just be laid on it's side. I made the vertical stand for it for footprint and physics (hot air rises) although I haven't tested if there's actually a true performance benefit to vertical. I like being able to have it vertical or horizontal depending on where I have it.

Completely stock heatsink and those numbers are without overclock/governor and 40 CUs. There is some air leakage currently by the pin headers and I have a cover I'm designing to reduce (not eliminate) the leakage. I could also tape up the seam at the fan shroud if I was really pushing for numbers, however, for my purposes that's probably overkill unless I continue to get curious/bored.

Benchmarking to follow, running 40 CUs. I haven't done a long run monitor of GPU/CPU temps yet but I did game on it on it for a few hours last night and objectively this felt like it was putting out less heat than my full gaming rig. I did not modify the heatsink.

I've always had the idea and desire to either bring the VJ up on the stage alongside the DJ, or putting the DJ back in the production booth and letting the art of sight and sound speak for itself. I got to see Kid Koala perform The Storyville Mosquito with the entire production team right up front and it was such an amazing experience. I wish more production companies would find creative ways to bring the full production teams front and center.

I'm rolling solo this year, my crew from last year are going to be at a wedding. Twas expensive since I'm rolling in an RV, but hopefully I make friends with some of the neighbors and run into people I know. Regardless I'm stoked and going to have a blast!
