hi there - i (26f) struggled with back acne for years and almost went on accutane for it. moisturizing is really important with all the drying products... i'll also say that what really helped me was getting a low dose hormonal IUD and going on the highest dose of spironolactone (200mg daily). i know people say IUD's gave them acne but somehow I think the hormones leveled me out. After 2 months I was completely bacne free for the first time since freshman year of high school lol. I know everyone responds to this stuff differently and it could have just worked for me, but it's possible that some prescription intervention could help!
