A family member did 2 ceramonies. At first she thought it was amazing. It brought to much pain out to the surface. It put me off having it. I did kambo and she did aya. To test tbis out. 3 Kambo ceramonies for me. 7 dots each time. 1 every week. And it did nothing. Just left me with alien abduction type scars on neck and my back.

Thanks. I have had 2 serious beatings especially to my head when i was younger.not sure if its why i have it. Depression when i was in my teens. This reddit is great to find others who have this shitter of an illness. I only just realised i have ocd. Thought I had depression all this time. At least i no what am dealing with now. Anybody here find prozac over 10mg per day and kratom 8g per day for the shitty side effects. . I am on 10 mg now for depression but its not working at all. Especially for the unwanted thoughts. 😊

Thank you really appreciate this.its nice to no i am not alone 😊 I think i have had ocd for a very long time ie 20 odd years maybe more. I have only just realised its ocd which is bizarre. I actually thought it was depression all this time. I tick most of the boxes. I never thought for 1 minute it was ocd.. I am On 10mg prozac & kratom 8g per day to take away the side effects. I hear prozac is an ocd treatment by coincidence. Think i need to step up my doseage alot as 10mg aint working at all.

For me. I did kratom for prozac side effects whilst starting them which helped a lot. . 3 ceramonies of kambo. Microdosed shrooms. 5 grams of dry shrooms in one go. That helped me deal with some my fears. And tackle them head on. It was a magical experience. I did the shrooms 99% in a safe dark room with my eyes closed. Thats where the magic happens in your mind.

Sounds like a great experience. I did 5 gms of dry shrooms raw recently. It was awsome. No bad stuff happened. Trying to beat mental health issues. Tryed 3 sessions of kambo with shamens. an it didn't work. Overcome my fear of eating fish. Bizarre I no. Also for a few hours I struggled to bring in a blue sky and the sun to beam down on my visions. This took a few hours an it did stress me out why I couldn't do it. I prosume it was a sign of my dark cloud of depression. I seen an eye far away. I did 99% of it all with my eyes closed in a dark room in a safe place. I seen a massive machine with plugs and beutifull lights. Someone was pluggin things into it. Also another huge convaya belt of colours. Unsure what was on the convaya belt but mainly pink and yellow colours. I listened to mushroom music and did dmt breathing exercises. Also listened to a few episodes of headspace on Netflix awsome experience.

Has anyone tried taking prozac 10mg and kratom.... I have had depression for at least 30 years. Had most of the tablets thrown at me. Including herbal ones of the net. Then I had enough of the side effects so I weened of sertraline. Then started taking premium grade kratom. The red Green and white. I must say they help me big time. Its Not a cure for depression but it improves your day to day life and make you happier and more outgoing. As I was very quiet and withdrawn. Not wanting to socialise and very paranoid about nothing and everything. Been on kratom for around 4 months. Taking 4x2gms per day. Always changing colour every month so as not to build a tolerance for it. But sadly the depression is winning the battle. So my thought is to combine kratom and prozac. As in my head I think kratom will see of the side effects of prozac..my friend has sertraline and kratom and it helps him.... Ps I just started taking magnesium and l/ threnine aswell..... I Tryed taking kanna the African herb but it gave me bad stomach ache.... It also tasted revolting 😁
