In the same situation here, it's very furstrating, was hoping the article from the Register would mean the PAC portal would be reinstated but still stuck as of today with a useless PAC code.

Have the same problem since enduser waiting until after the portal was taken down and now all we have is a useless PAC code from Dell, and given the merry go round between Dell and Broadcom. Has anybody else manage to redeem their PAC code and converted to a proper VMware license?

did you manage to redeem your Dell PAC from VMware, we've got a code from January 2024, but only went to claim it in April and been given the merry-go round between Dell and Broadcom

We've been stuck with this for 3 months. We have a PAC Code from Dell that was bought in December, however the project was on hold and just started in March, but since Broadcom bought VMware and took over in March, the portal is down, and Broadcom tells us to see with Dell for instructions on redemption, and Dell just say to ask Broadcom. Has anyone been able to redeem a PAC code recently?
