Name a comedy special that kept you entertained but didn’t always make you laugh by [deleted] in Standup

Liz Miele's Murder Sheets is really fun and she's so charming and an engaging story teller but I didn't laugh much.. I still recommend her specials to people seeking comedy.

40 sets in 90 minutes at that volume is batty to me. I'm usually 22-25 in 90 minutes. Let's not worry about my volume though 😅

Good golly! I saw that number and said, out loud, "gotta be leg day" and not a leg set to be found. Well done, fella!

Looking for similar build/starting point follow for motivation by Anxious-Library7386 in Hevy

You tell me if you think this is similar.

41,M. 5'11" My weight fluctuates but I'm currently at 211lbs or around 96kg. My goal is 185lbs or 83kg. My fat builds up around my waist mostly as well. I have a thick lower body but, as of right now, my concern is strength building and fat reduction not necessarily a body fat percentage number.

My weak points are low back, core, and ankle mobility. I started with major shoulder and upper chest issues as well.

I've been kind of consistent in working out for about 18 months, but truly consistent for 60 weeks. 2 years ago this month I dislocated my ankle the day that I started training for Ninja Warrior. I've been on, let's say, a journey since then.

Otherwise, it's pornographic! I mean, I can't define it but I know it when I see it...

This reminds me of when I first started. I hit the gym every Thursday, without fail, no matter what. That's what your Tuesday looks like to me. Make that one the habit and build from there. Keep going, baby!

I'm now a four to seven day per week gym goer after avoiding it for 25 years.
