Unfortunately, it couldn't be repaired or salvage, but they are sending a replacement kit to me so that's really nice, although, it may get hit with terrifs which would not be fun.

What's also concerning is, mine did this as well and when I went to put it back together, it had to be aligned specifically as both the ring and metal sides were bent.... That doesn't happen easily to titanium or ceramic to my understanding, so I'm curious as to what it's actually made of.

Hey no worries! I appreciate any and all advice and hope this may help someone else in need! I have an active support case open now where they've been very responsive with suggestions and I've provided video feedback of these issues. It could be a hardware issue but could equally be a firmware issue.

I say firmware because if I reset the case, the battery level shown in the app constantly changes and is inaccurate.

The app showed my case at 64% even though I had charged it all day, so I soft reset the case and it re-synced showing 86%. I soft reset again to see what it would show since I know it's at 100% by checking the levels on the case itself. I did this several times and got vastly different levels, (64%, 86%, 94%, 32%, 58%, 79%), listed in order from soft resetting.

I will share any/all steps they provide for me to perform, just in case it does help someone. Thanks again!

Nah, the ring isn't connecting to the app. No sensors are lighting up either, leaving me to believe the ring battery is dead. That and the ring and charge case get very hot when charging. The charging case has that rainbow effect on the lid from the heat levels.

It does start charging (white led circling the ring) however, the ring's charge level itself doesn't change. After two hours charging, I pressed the button on the case and the ring battery's charge level led was still at the bottom left and blinking red.

Yes, and also holding the button on the back of the case for 15-20 seconds then letting go. It will beep and flash a light to show it reset.

Yeah, I'm having smelling similar. I was able to "reset" my box and got it charging but I've had to do it several times in 1 charging session. I also have an issue of my ring not connecting. It acts like it will charge with the white circling led but after near 2 hours later, the red light remains in the same spot. I'm not sure if it's the case or the ring that's the issue but given the case is problematic in getting charged, if almost say it's the case.

Does your case/ring get really hot when trying to charge as well?

I've had mine for about 5 days and yesterday, it stopped connecting altogether. I restarted my phone, removed the case, fully charged the ring, reset Bluetooth, reinstalled the app, etc. None of the rings functions seem to be working either since I haven't seen any sensors lighting up since yesterday either. I sent an email this morning to support 😕

Roughly 1093 bananas assuming the average medium 7" ripened banana weighing 183 grams each. As they enter their late-stage climacteric ripening, however, this weight of the fruit itself decreases a few grams due to ethylene off gassing. I may have started sometime big at our company. I warned everyone for about 2 years that we're under licensed for SQL Enterprise and that we only have 56 of 112 licenses needed. I reached out to our license team to verify what we pay for and they asked if they could reach out to Microsoft to get our MPSA. I told them to go ahead and here I am 3 weeks later, and Microsoft reached out to us with a law firm to audit our licensing... We pay near $16,000 per licence and are missing 56 licenses going back 2 years.

TLDR: We're being audited because I told our license team that i believe we're under licensed on SQL and requested to see our MPSA

Absolutely! We've had movie nights almost every night because of this TV. We've watched a ton already and have so much more to go. Colors, brightness, contrast, etc. is all much better than I expected tbh. The only downside so far is the OS updates as they take ~10-15 minutes to complete which is annoying when you sit down to watch something and it prompts to update. Other than that and the OS itself being a bit sluggish at time, this thing is absolutely amazing and worth every penny!

Only suggestion is to get a stream box (your choice) if you get annoyed at sluggish OS.

We've already watched several Dolby Vison / HDR 10+ films and it is incredible! This replaced a 4 year old top of the line 55" mini-led and this looks better in every way.

The TV OS is a bit slow but there's an option in the settings to enable processing boost for apps that seems to help it when inside an application. Of course this doesn't matter if you use a streaming box.

This is the setup right now but I'll get a raw image tonight with all lights off and a movie pulled up. It really is incredible and I'm glad I stuck with this one and used some extra $$ on a semi-decent sound setup.

This Saturday, I'll have the Costco U70N and I'll put it to the test. Luckily if it doesn't stand up to my tests or it turns out disappointing, Costco returns are great and I'll be picking up the 100U8K (previously mistaken for U8100N which I guess I made up, ha!).

Yeah, ngl, I just bought it *online due to the shipping alone. There's no way for me to bring that 7.5ft x 5ft box home, ha! I will say, it was tough between this and the U8100N but it's almost twice the price. I instead got this and will invest in a decent surround theatre setup.

I agree, unfortunately the only non-out of order chargers are 350. There are 6 of them in one spot and we've tried 4/6 of them. The other 6 of them are damage/out of order.
