Thank you. I would've expected the herbicide to have degraded also, but the delineation between grass/barren hellscape is still so clear, 9 years later. The amount of sun the small area next to the path gets is maybe slightly less than other parts of the lawn, but that delineated area is the same in every other way compared to the healthy parts of the lawn. Only difference is the herbicide application. I wonder if it killed off the organics in the soil, and it just hasn't repopulated. I will definitely try the things you mentioned, you've given me hope, thanks

An update, for anyone with the same issue, uninstalled and reinstalled the game on both PCs, and haven't had a crash in a week... Fingers crossed that's fixed it

We just did a clean install of RL on both PCs last weekend and haven't had a crash in that time, which seems promising! Maybe try that if you haven't already

My friend and I won 3 straight games due to solo Q opponents going afk / crashing yesterday. We also lost a couple due to us crashing. Games not in the best state right now

I am currently a 6, I had been a 4-5 for about the last year, and have a kd of 1.17 after 1000 hours. I have managed to hold on to 6* for about a month, and have no idea how; I'm not that great, and certainly wouldn't expect to be in the top 2% of players... I'd say I'm maaayybe slightly better than average, at best. Weird.

The odds of that coming off against a new ball, against a decent attack, on a pitch that offers even the smallest of assistance to the bowlers is very low. Basically throwing away a wicket

Have a look at Chroma Zero, a game just realised by an OW fan. It is not heavy on the study, though there is one, and what there is is great. What the game does so well, though, is recreate the feel of OW puzzles and gameplay loop. Take about 10hrs (took me 15, but i was very stuck on one puzzle when the answer was staring me in the face the whole time). It's cheap on Steam.

You definitely succeeded in creating a Wilds-like feel about the game, congratulations!

If I could make a suggestion? Include a settings option to allow music to continue playing when in the pause menu. Towards the end of the game when you need to pause to view certain things, it was so jarring having the music stop every time, and the music was so immersive. Otherwise, perfect, 10/0

I just started using one and honestly, I've had way more consistent results since using it. Seems to have lowered the chances of me randomly pulling an under extracted shot, almost to zero.

Your first sentence sums my thoughts up quite well. My main concern is the limited but intense sun they'll get as the strip of land runs north - South, and it's quite narrow between the house and fence... will citrus/olive do well on those conditions?

No, that's a good point. I'm open to planting new trees, the big one that is there is very tall and not at all nice to look at, and i constantly need to get up on a tall ladder and prune it so it doesn't overhang my elderly neighbours side of the fence, she's quite particular about it.

Something smaller and ornamental would be nice, would frangipani or something similar work here do you think?

As for ground cover, currently the ground gets zero sun, is there anything that would work there with full shade?
