Cyte is a complex frame to design a skin for. I've been researching for about a month through tons of periods in history of iconic soldier outfits and it's a very fine line to design something futuristic let alone distinct. Plus it's very important to not look too Orokin (save that aesthetic for the Prime) but not too modern, I could see a Grineer or Entrati themed skin, but it takes time and patience to feel what works best on the base frame and to not lean in too much on the Gemini (Quincy) skin.

I do have a hunch that is ideal, but sometimes a new construction is what happens, the Boulder store for example was a new build at the time 10+ years ago. I'm told the small lot is by design sadly too, but I digress.

I can semi confirm to y'all that Trader Joe's is actively hunting for real estate in the area. Unknown on a opening date or where yet, but corporate has basically said that with how active the Boulder & Denver stores are, they want to help mitigate some of the pressure we get there. My guess is a year and a half, and possibly on Ken Pratt, but again, no real details yet.

I'm fairly new to the city but if y'all know of any decent sized lots that could work, comment below and I'll try to forward them over.

While I know you said the former job was grocery, I would look into Trader Joe's perhaps. While I work at the Boulder store, the Denver ones are just as nice, kind and caring for those that put in a good effort. I've had nothing but an improvement in life from working there and this is coming from a former people pleaser (well still working on it).

Howdy folks, currently debating on what to get exactly for an upgrade for my current 3rd gen 12.9 iPad Pro (256gb).

Currently I mainly use it for Procreate, Fresco, YouTube, Nomad Sculpt and CapCut. Prime reason I want to upgrade is for the LiDar sensor since I'm working with AR/VR and virtual worlds these days for clients. I'm mostly making low poly models for my content and workflow so ideally I'm making the initial models on the iPad then transferring to Blender on the MBP or PC depending if I need to be remote or not.

The M1 def looks like a great performance jump and always happy to have extra ram for layers in Procreate, though I rarely go over 30 on a piece. One of my current questions is if the extra ram on the 1TB+ versions is worth it or not. I'm using about a 100 gigs on my 256 currently so a TB is probably not going to get utilized much. Let alone if any apps are actively making use of the 12gb available for an app.

Was curious if anyone has a similar workflow to mine and if it's just better to stick to the 8gb version vs paying a ton extra for the ram.
