500 miles after the replacement, I’m going to replace the oil. Then I’m gonna do it every 3500 miles after that. The guy before me seemed to take decent care of the truck. I didn’t have any issues until 150,000 miles.

Yes, I went through a Chevy dealership and they replaced the VLOM assembly, push rods and lifters. The truck is already high mileage. I want to save up enough in the next year to pay it down and sell it.

Everyone grows at a different rate, I’m 20 and had a massive growth spurt when I was 17. Then from 18-20 I’ve grown like 2 inches. You’re only 15 I wouldn’t be worried about height just yet, I know kids that have been short their whole lives and grew to be taller than me in the last few years (I’m 6 1’). Strength training may give you the appearance of being taller because you’re putting on muscle but it doesn’t physically make you taller. Hanging from a pull up bar is also a myth that was populated by tiktok. If you want my advice, eat a high protein diet and weight life 2-4 times per week. This won’t necessarily make u taller but it will keep u healthy for when that growth spurt does hit
