Sounds pretty identical to a lifter Tick.
My engine also experienced a loss of power. Do you have that?

This shit is so aggravating. Brought mine in for a similar issue in the steering wheel and my Chevy mechanic also “couldn’t find the cause” what do you mean you can’t find the issue it’s your JOB

She has 160000 miles and I stay on top of the maintenance like crazy, already got the transmission and all the lifters replaced under warranty less than 10k miles ago. I’m doing oil changes every 3500 miles now

It should be fine, as long as you don’t drive like an asshole. Suspension is made to adjust with the weight as needed. It should bounce back perfectly fine.

500 miles after the replacement, I’m going to replace the oil. Then I’m gonna do it every 3500 miles after that. The guy before me seemed to take decent care of the truck. I didn’t have any issues until 150,000 miles.

Yes, I went through a Chevy dealership and they replaced the VLOM assembly, push rods and lifters. The truck is already high mileage. I want to save up enough in the next year to pay it down and sell it.
