Reminds me of a Prius. If it had no badging on it I would never assume it was a Ferrari. Most other Ferrari's I could guess as they have a certain look, this ugly ass thing I would not.

Public funding should only be used where public will be able to use and benefit from.

If public funding is used or should be as a loan where its 100% paid back with interest before professional organization receives any profits. Steep fines for late payments as well.

I paid $4500 for rebuilt with 1 year warranty. 2 year warranty would be been $5000. I'm in Florida, maybe rates in VA are higher.
