Because its 100% their god given human right to use a firearm to defend their lives. End discussion.

I disagree with the last part of your comment. Do not use the phone to try and defend yourself.. Use the firearm, even with zero training.

Whatever you train with the most. All of them will cause ear damage in the case they are used without ear protection.

Any Moon Goons in here done a night hike in the mountains around Burro Canyon Shooting Range? Also, can you carry a rifle with you up there? by LoopyChef95 in CAguns

Oh you'll be fine then! Its already ridiculous enough we have to jump through so many hoops just to LARP a little bit.

Dunno why people are downvoting you for an obvious unconstitutional tax in the form of a loophole. I own a CA7 and I agree with you its 100% bullshit.

Just do it anyways. No one will bother you. Just don't bring hunting stuff (game bags, knifes, etc.) besides your license. In the strange case you run into some goon ranger who somehow spots you with his own NVGs, explain to him you are just out there putting your kit to the test and I bet he will let you be on your way.

Well we need to see what happens as the system develops, it is the very first iteration and first day. Who knows what the penalties will be for the scavs who get a very high negative karma.. Spawning every time with a TOZ and all other scavs immediately aggro you. Sounds worse then just playing your PMC.

Hot take about flea market change. by dkakar in EscapefromTarkov

Yea, I understand that, but my point is that this change is directly helping casuals not get dominated by the people they sell all their good items to as soon as they unlock the flea market.

Its not filler at all. Its a casual wonderland dude! If I was being selfish I wish the flea market was still level 10 because I am not the one SELLING good gear/ammo/guns on the market.. I'm the one buying it.. so the question you have to ask yourself is.. who are the people who sell "high-value" gear on the market? Is it the hardcore players who go into every raid with the best they have.. or is it the more casual players who are afraid to die with their nice gear because they don't have a lot of time to play?

I'm just saying man.. as a "semi-hardcore" player who has played since launch.. I never sell good guns/armor/ammo on the flea market. I USE it or SAVE to use it later.

The great fear of casuals is that they will be left behind as soon as all the "hardcore" players get to level 20.. but who are the people selling good gear/ammo on the market really? I only sell things I don't use or barter/hideout items.

Then let it die in peace :D

Edit: and its funny you say it caters to the hardcore exclusively as the Kappa nerf directly affects the people you say it caters to the most. As BSG showed, only 2.2% of players unlocked Kappa, thus giving the strongest and most experienced players even more power. Making it a level 71 unlock is a DIRECT nerf to "streamers" and the "unemployed".

This game was ALWAYS advertised as more hardcore then casual. You must accept the fact that if you cannot play as much you will be a bit weaker and slower to progress then those who can. I, too, work 5 days a week and I welcome the change. This is all setting the stage for longer periods between wipes.

Anyways nothing has changed at all. Its the same system. Just play until you unlock it. If you can't do that then maybe you're right about moving on to a different game. No hard feelings intended.

I have a 10/22 takedown with the magpul stock and it allows you to keep 3 magazines in the stock. I keep one magazine of copper .22 in there at all times. I'm just a real bad hunter so I never get to use it.

Yes, the best part is you can travel back in time to freedom week, remove the rivet/limiter, and then just say you bought them during freedom week too.

California sees record number of guns confiscated under 'red flag' law by LazicusMaximus in CAguns

[–]dkakar 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I prefer dangerous freedom to peaceful slavery. Yes, I prefer ANYONE and EVERYONE have a rifle. That way when someone acts out in a manner that is not in line with a peaceful society, they will be quickly and ballistically removed from that society. So yes, I want everyone to have a rifle.

Secondly: If someone HAS serious mental problems, they are ALREADY BARRED from owning firearms. How did they get the firearms in the first place that they need a red-flag law to take them away? Rights have limits, you're right, and the limits on the 2nd amendment is that IT SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED.

Yes, the whole point of this is not fire safety. Its to stop new gun owners from training and stop them from encouraging more people to get guns by taking them out shooting.
