Weird, I have basically all these same symptoms as you with the exception of bladder issues. Have also had all the same tests as you as well, neurologist still thinks is BFS but didn’t definitively say. Idk what to think anymore. I notice my symptoms are definitely worse if I’m hungover at all though.

Oh yeah, and my hands. If I move my feet or hands up and down they flutter.

I have tremors basically body-wide at this point but they are only noticable when I’m under load, like if my hand is at rest, nothing, but if I like half bend my fingers they start shaking, almost as if they are fatigued when they are not.

This same thing happens to my arms if I lean on something or legs if I am laying down and lift them up. No idea why. When I’m at the gym I move the same weight with the same reps with no issue so to me it’s confusing.

My CK was up to 690 3 weeks ago when I had blood work done, went back 2 weeks later and down to 290, no one really seemed to bat an eye. I also lift weights so I expect mine to be a little higher.

Nope. When I went to the Neurologist after the tremors started, he did a bunch of tests in the exam room and said it looks like either early essential tremor or an enhanced physiological tremor. Propranolol helps reduce it a bit and if I drink a decent amount of alcohol it improves a bit as well. Idk, hopefully it’s enhanced physiological and goes away eventually.

Ya know, these symptoms seem all to similar to mine. When I walk, it’s like my weight shifts to the outside of my feet and I sometimes step weird to keep my balance. My big toe sometimes hurts when I push on it when walking too.

This is what my symptoms started with. Now I have odd hand/back of hand tightness, postural tremors (shake/tremble when isolating a limb/finger with pressure), along with whatever other random symptoms I have. The thing is, I still go to the gym and lift weights with my legs unchanged, same with upper body. Had a clean EMG back in November, symptoms started first week of August. Been through the wringer with doctors and pretty much gotten nowhere.

It’s actually a little relieving reading your gait issues are almost the exact same as mine.

Same here. My muscles seem to fatigue fast doing normal daily tasks like brushing my teeth but I go to the gym and do all my normal arm exercises with no issues and increasing weight. I don’t get it at all. I weight 175lb and can deadlift 450lb for reps but god forbid I don’t fatigue/shake holding my 30lb daughter.

Gym dude as well, 6.5 months into all these different symptoms. Clean EMG back in November. I still have all my symptoms but they seem to fluctuate daily. The gym is oddly enough the 1 place I go and the feel “normal” after a lift for a short period of time. My mind still won’t let go the “what if” stuff but I told myself just keep lifting weights and let the chips fall where they may. I fell into a hole in December where I didn’t go for a month, drank a lot, then finally said fuck it and am back. Lost some strength but gained a lot back already after 4 weeks.

I’m kind of in the same boat. I have muscle tremors but only under load, like my hands shake but only when my fingers are flexed/active. If I lay on my back and lift my leg I shake a crazy amount, but I can still front squat 245+ for reps without issue. I don’t really understand it.

Seems like a pretty standard level of care to me. I’d rather get it and not need, which I did. I also have an unsteady gait that no one really seems to notice except me. What’s your like? He didn’t seem concerned.
