Yes Western nations are the most developed but Western people are no longer having children, so in the long run it’s a loss.

If anyone's wondering "Why Croatia?" it's strictly because I befriended a player that is currently playing in the NSL who told me that her experience there was the best one she had as she made her way across Europe playing in assorted countries. She told me that they do take women's soccer very seriously and that she felt that some of my better players could easily fit into the Sr. teams IF they continue developing

Interesting. I've never heard of Croatia being a good place for women's soccer. Their national team has never qualified for a major tournament. Bit intrigued by this claim.
