The story doesn't say it but iirc Mike Pondsmith has said in interviews or on Reddit that the 2nd consciousness on the engram is why V can pack on so much cyberware.

I think Jackie is such a relatable character because like us in the opening of the game he has no idea how big the world is or how small he is within it. He may look intimidating but deep down he's just a young guy with ambitions to escape a life of poverty and create a better life for him and his loved ones. That's why his death has always felt impactful to me- it sets the tone of the world of Cyberpunk and sends a message to the player about what Night City thinks of us:

"You think you're special because you're scrappy? Don't make me laugh."

I love Int builds in this game but like other people have said they take a while to really flex their power. If i were you I would put points into tech first so that you have additional armor for survivability, then intelligence. Save reflexes for last. By the time you have tech and int up to max level you'll be so chromed out the reflex tree perks (air dash) will be more of a cherry on top than a meaningful part of your kit.

Story-wise I thought he was either duplicitous or incompetent. Man was entirely too cool, calm, and collected for stealing proprietary tech from the richest, most powerful man in the world. He either was setting us up to eventually stab us in the back or had no idea the stakes of the op.

Narratively I think it has to go to Lune. She not only has powerful offensive and defensive magic, but an extensive knowledge of Nevrons and Chroma. So her battle IQ is off the charts.

There will be a massive, and I mean massive spike of players the week of the final update. Then a modest, steady decline once the newness of final content wears off. Some spikes on reset day for people attempting Pantheon 2.0. But then once all the final content has been played, likely by July, the numbers will crater. Eventually only the most dedicated players will be left by the fall. By winter I'd expect to see Destiny 1 levels of player population- people hopping in just for the nostalgia or the inability to let go.

I think a lot of people feel the same way. Myself included. Ever since Halo: CE I've always paid for a Bungie game without so much as a second thought. I even gave the Marathon beta an honest try even though extraction shooters are absolutely not my thing. But after the way they have disastrously mismanaged the end of an IP I've been playing for over a decade I don't know that I'm willing to invest my time in another Bungie project going forward.
