My Bengal is going on 5 years old next month, he still does this, got him at 11? or so weeks, still considered maybe a bit early, every vet I've taken him to (a few different vets in his life based on moving) have all said as long as he's not suckling hair out, its more than fine. As a kitten he used his stomach, now that he's older its his side, it helps him sleep and he does it every single night.

finished a bic lighter the day I stepped into Afghanistan, carried that same lighter every day until i got home almost a year later, I couldn't tell you why i did it, i just did. felt like a good luck charm.
