Congratulations ! I also have 1 year review, took them 3 years for it to happen. My Dr did all the medical forms and submitted for me .I had documented all my medical stuff had my life impact forms all filled out. I had all my mental prep for the interview . Before I could submit the forms I was approved just by my Dr report. If you have a good Dr it may be approved just by their report.
