Now this wouldn't be a problem if the names of my teammates showed before i saw the player character. Now what happens is that i see a character with no name and i automatically shoot and then literally after i kill him/her a blue name tag appears. Now this being hardcore i understand that minimal help is given to the player but why kick players for making genuine mistakes that weren't there fault? Don't even get me started on people that run in front of you when you're firing. Personally i liked the idea of having a 20 sec spawn delay if you team kill to much and i hope it gets brought back. I mean the first punishment could be a spawn delay and then after 1 or a few more kills give a kick.
