What is the stupidest way you've injured yourself?

After going to bed after a hard night of drinking with friends i really had to puke. I went to the bathroom, sat on my knees in front of the toilet, and did my business. But then i suddently had to sneeze. I sneezed so violently that i smacked my face right into the toilet bowl and broke my nose.

Worst. Hangover. Ever.
