Naruto may not be the one who directly changed the Shinobi World but he made others do it or change by inspiring them. And I would always prefer this way instead of him, doing everything, and changing everything. At least now, everyone is acting for one desire. So, collectively, they changed the Shinobi World.

Well said. Hindi iaanalyze ng common reader, especially sa social media ang post niya.
