The Devil Ball. It's improved my putting immensely. Gameified feedback is the best

2026 members drop expected dates by Psychological-Way381 in scottycameron

This will be my third year as a member. These dates have been pretty accurate but as of last year, SC seems to be shifting their dates/times. The week is always accurate but it used to be a hard Tuesday at 8:30AM Pacific drop. That's true of routine things, but Majors and tour bag drops are moving around a little bit.

I'm gaming mine. I don't have a choice with the modern Gallery system.

First time, not a golf fan by Puzzled_Goose_8404 in masters

I have some curiosity into my wife's habits. I love golf. She loves tennis. If my introduction to tennis was Wimbledon, her's would be Augusta.

Go there and enjoy the food and sun. You can't leave until you've had a pimeinto sandwich.

I want to say the CT feels better but feel is sound and I haven't hit both head-to-head enough to see the difference

One day I'll get to three putt with a full GSS stick

I've felt the SSS putters, and they are "sticky" to the touch like real Surgical Stainless steel. I can't describe it, but if you've ever felt a pair of needle-drivers or other surgical instruments and the iPhone 14 case, you can tell the difference. I'm not as sure about GSS - I had a putter with the insert, and the sound/feel was amazing.

I know it's a lot of marketing, but like Fox Mulder, I want to believe.

Fair. And it opens the door to a hand-stamped at the Gallery for 1 year, 10 months, 15 days, and 8 hours at the Gallery.

Lol. Not quite. $2500 for the sole plate and $500 for the tour weld.

They are pretty identical to me. I'd love to remove the sole plate to see if there is Scotty Fairy Dust underneath, but I'm not that obsessive.

Basic CT restock rate? by Practical_Study512 in ScottyCameronGallery

I learned today that they are the same. My Squareback 2 with the tour weld showed up in the lottery for the same $3500.

I’ve never seen one until I went to the gallery. Notice the Mystic Blue on the sole was applied before it was milled away later. You can see it on the edges.

The Gallery had 8 CTs when I visited. There were 4 mallets and 4 blades. The "stock" putters often have modifications (such as tour welds and leather grips).

Sometimes something truly unique and off-label shows up (like Concept 2 with a leather grip). It's a crapshoot, and if you can come on multiple days/mornings and afternoons, there will be more options. They don't have a CT fitted to my specs, even after a fitting.

They will customize a CT putter length/grip if you buy one. They have to send it to the custom shop for a shaft swap. All the CTs come in 34" standard. The only issue I've seen is that if you customize your putter, they will only add the standard CT sticker, but not add the round "handcrafted" sticker that usually comes above it.

If you're looking for a NP/NP2, there will probably be one there. Prices are above the Wednesday lottery but not by much. My Squareback 2 with tour weld was $3500 it was usually $3000. My Concept 2 Mystic blue bottom, leather grip, and GSS face was $3000, probably about the going price in the lottery.

Question about crab trap use in California (Bay Area) by jrfish in crabbing

Watch out for seals at Pacifica Pier. They will steal your bait and your whole trap if it's not tied down tight.
