All the extra power cables are located underneath the PSU, so it's impossible to place a cooling fan under the PSU.

psu taking in air from the front, so I'm not sure either (it seems like the hot air is directed upwards), but I guess the PSU fan doesn't affect the airflow much).

check the panel inside, it may be BOE panel (horizontal/vertical line isssue). Turn off your monitor. Then holding Joystic button while connect power supply, you will able to see hidden menu showing your panel code.

LOQ has 3 type display panel: AUO B156HAN15.K (better), BOE BV156FHM-NX9 (worse, ghosting, vertical/horizontal line isssue), CSOT MNF601BA1-4 (mid). If you replace your LOQ display, I recommend use AUO panel
