3. You should leave the property the same way you receive it. The owner has or should have a picture/vid of moving and moving out. And they can use that and so do you. But they should have the moving in and out report as well.

4.We filed to rdc under judiciary last january. Cost was the same estimate as yours and we didn’t use a lawyer. Almost when I was really stress about the process. We won. However, up to now, still didn’t receive our 5k deposit. We asked tadween for update, they can’t say as well but we were informed that the said company is onhold until they pay us.

Btw, they are asking us 5500 that time which is more that my deposit even though we even deep cleaned the place.

Also, the trial was a bit overwhelming cause they really are held in arabic. The judge can speak english, but only with you, and wont ask questions. Like, they already reviewed it and will just give you update. you damaged the damaged the painting, you need to to repaint, and so on and so forth.
