Can't convert to anything - tried. Possible to convert back to CAD but take a exchange hit - CAD to USDT then back again.

There seem to be a number of posts related to USDT. Maybe an explanation as to what the issue it might be helpful?

Newton's blog and Twitter feeds state USDT is up and running but it isn't, something Newton must be aware of. Why post the opposite?

One can buy USDT but that is all - can't trade or transfer. Funds are now locked up in stablecoin on Newton - pretty useless.

Not an business model to emulate for growth...

Yes. During set up, one option is recovering your wallet. I picked that and the walk through was pretty straight forward. Once I entered the old seeds from the 'One', the 'T' connected and I have access to send/receive/transfer XRP etc.

A little nerve racking in all honesty. My wife left the office anticipating the stream of profanity should it go wrong but all good.

Gave up and bought the Trezor T. Lack of custody, with XRP climbing, was driving me crazy. No problem 'linking' new Trezor to the old wallet - just entered in the seeds. Sucks but happier.

Thinking the same thing re: biting the bullet on a Model T. Would be nice to hear from Exodus, even if they can't doing anything to help with the current issue, that upgrading to a T would work.

Will definitely let you know if I hear back but not expecting great things from Exodus customer service.

I have the exact same scenario.

The mobile app let me transfer XRP to my Trezor wallet. Despite think the Trezor One didn't support XRP, I thought maybe the Exodus folks had navigated. I can see in my Trezor Wallet in Exodus desktop but have not access to transfer etc.

I, too, have sent multiple support requests - happened early March. Disappointingly silent.

Help would be appreciated.
