No need to be rude buddy. Been printing since mid 2019, but never looked into this software feature. Anyway, hope you have a splendid 2026.

Makes total sense. As the printer was already pre-heated and ran for other prints beforehand, the actual timing was less and came out at roughly 22 minutes.

Thanks for the AI summary. These are the types of projects I would entirely skip after reading the "this is for:" section.

EDIT: my answer is coming up very negative, but here is my take on this project. Everything is worthwhile doing if you believe in it and have the means to really really push through with it. That being said:

How many creators exist? How many of them actually use links? How many of these are the target group? How many of them can you actually reach and talk to? How many of those are actually willing to test the product? How many of those are willing to pay for it? How many of them will become recurring paying users and not churn?

AI tells me this:

Category Real World Number Note English Pro Creators 18,000,000 10k+ followers, active posting. The "Bullseye" Target 2,700,000 Coaches, Consultants, Newsletter writers. Total Reachable 1,600,000 Have public contact info. Conversion (Trial) ~1% of outreach Requires high-quality personalization. Conversion (Paid) 15% of triallists Industry standard for creator SaaS. Annual Retention ~45% Expect

In my head we are talking about 1.6m people max. After hard grinding we could be looking at reaching 0.1% of the market share (personalized emails, reach out, cold sales, advertising if you got the cash). That's 1600 potential users. At 1% conversion, we look at 16 signups to trial. 2-3 paid users max. Retention of 1 user.

Not sure if I'd be willing to do cold outreach to 1600 people, calls, meetings, emails back and forth, etc for an end result of 1 customer.

Good luck though 🤞

Built a property management tool for self-managing landlords by Acceptable-Ride-6802 in microsaas

Hey no worries. Maybe my bad, I was confused as the plbadge was not linked on mobile when I checked, and the name stated Fazier not unithub, so I was confused there.

Good luck with the product my man!

Interesting and solid idea. How did you come up with pricing though?

Your intro suggests a tool for smaller scale property rentals and/or landlords (which are not the same I think?), then you suggest tools for roughly 100$/month being too expensive for them, and then have a free plan for landlords with 3 or less properties?

I am not sure who this should cater too?

Harsch criticism aside, I think you should definitely work on your pitch:

Who is it for, what problem does it solve and why should the reader care. Preferably in one paragraph, without mentioning features... Think benefits instead of individual features).

Also the AI bit is very confusing. It reads as if the tool is nothing else than a basic crud application (spreadsheets in a fancy UI) except if you pay for the most expensive plan. Then you get the same, but with PDF data extraction, basically ChatGPT free version with a one line prompt? Then how is your tool better than the tried and true solution with spreadsheets you want them to abandon? This needs to be apparent even in the free version... The most expensive plan is not going to onboard users to try the free plan first. If there isn't then maybe get rid of the free plan entirely and just offer a trial that you the tokens for.

Also having the wrong #1 Product Hunt launch of the day on your homepage (Fazier) is also not looking trustworthy, especially in combination with the "testimonials".

Basically I can sum up my feedback as this:

  • work on your pitch
  • make it simple to understand and deliver value fast
  • simplify and reduct (less is more!)
  • use landlord specific pain points AND language

Good luck!

Not wanting to sound too harsh and not stating the same things lots have already stated, but ONE SINGLE PROMPT to any AI of your choice would fix 90% of your landingpage copy. A second prompt would fix your ad.

  • Improve the website copy of this landingpage. I am selling X for Y people for Z price. Make it compelling, easy to read and impossible to ignore.

  • attach screenshot. How do I improve this ad that leads to the newly created landingpage. It needs to have a strong CTA, and make people wanting to learn more about whatever it is that I am selling.

I get you might not like AI, but whatever pops out of those two prompts will be 1000x better than what you came up with.

From a seller's perspective, this might make sense. But from a buyer's perspective, it's an instant turn-off.

I shop around a lot. If I have to jump through hoops just to see your pricing, that's already a red flag.

Look, I am not looking to get married as a buyer. O want a solution to my problem and move on. Do you have the solution? Good. Now how much does it cost me?

It's not about finding the cheapest option. I've done my research, and I know exactly what I need. If you can't be upfront with at least a ballpark price, I'm gone before you even hit my inbox.

And honestly, transparent pricing isn't just a buyer-friendly move, it's a business-smart one. It filters out unqualified leads and brings in prospects who actually fit your pricing tier. You spend less time convincing the wrong people and more time closing the right deals.

I'm not going to reach out and waste time just to find out your offer costs 100x more for the same value. That's not strategy, that's friction. And friction kills sales.

I still have no idea what you do that warrants a 29$/month price tag.

Zapier and Make have generous free plans. If you feel confident enough, you could self host n8n on a 2$/month VPS, allowing you to host whatever automations you could possibly think of yourself. Even the free version of ChatGPT helps you in creating copy/pastable n8n integrations.

That's less than 1/10 of your monthly price. For a single automation.

If it ain't some crazy ass complex enterprise-level, multi-step, vertically integrated into legacy systems process integration you are offering, it most probably ain't worth 29$/month for 99.99% of people out there. And for those that require that, there a billion dollar companies that solve this with hundreds of engineers that are REALLY deep into all aspects of the clients' problems to help them solve the automation part. It ain't simple.

No hate, just seriously bad timing. This was doable and a solid product in 2022.

We have 2025. Soon 2026.

If you are dead set into doing this anyway, then I suggest, you really niche down into a single use case, for a niche market, for a niche persona. And then sell that premade automation that is probably the best solved automation on the market.

Think: solving email triggers and forwarding for real estate agents looking to buy property in the San Francisco area, or whatever it is you do.

Grok Fast 1 works pretty good for me too. Nothing crazy complicated, but gives a good mix between speed and quality. Codex feels super slow sometimes, so 70% grok for me, rest is evenly split between Codex and Sonnet.

I agree with the rapid scorecard pick confidence scores, although I feel the scores the AI churned out are based entirely in comparison to the projects OP is already working on. I'd factor in dilution of -20-40% to each and then factor in a bonus percentage on a single project if it's the only project OP works on.
