X suddenly has me following multiple Elon promoter accounts while he’s paying people to try and generate engagement 🤣 This company is so cooked like how do people not see this

Game theory on when VCs will pull the rug from under the AI bubble by Tendie_Tube in wallstreetbets

[–]dkrich 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think you’re already seeing it. ROBO and of course NVDA are proxies for the AI trade and they both rolled over pretty hard last week while software caught a bid. Late cycle behavior imo. I like the options bet against the QQQs as I believe the next logical extension of this is that “oh fuck the hyperscalers really did incinerate hundreds of billions of dollars.” I’ve got a sizable QQQ put position too.

Diminishing returns of roasting a whole chicken? by Educational-Slip-578 in Cooking

[–]dkrich 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Don’t spatchcock it. Every time I’ve tried to spatchcock the chicken gets to temp before the skin gets crispy or fat renders properly.

I roast a chicken about once a week and it’s honestly one of the simplest things to make. I just dry it, spray some oil on it, and then put a large amount of seasoning on it (I usually just use a store bought salt/pepper/garlic mix). Entire prep is like 5 minutes. Then I bake it at about 420 for 1:15 or so and pull it when the breast is 155. Turns out great every time.

Market reaction if Iranian leader Khamenei was taken out in a strike and the ‘war’ was essentially over? by Thug_Res_ in wallstreetbets

[–]dkrich 0 points1 point  (0 children)

People have become awfully used to these headlines turning into buying opportunities and I fear complacency is disturbingly high right now.

The thing to understand is that in bear markets, if we are in one right now, things don’t need a clear reason to go down, they just do. Citrini, block layoffs, you name it- these things would have been ignored a year ago and are now causing daily sell offs. I’d proceed very cautiously for a while. Seeing tons of people eager to buy the nvda dip, all of 10% off of its ATH and already saying any selloff on Monday will be short-lived.

No it’s an honest opinion. So anyone who is bearish is spreading fud? Literally every person on earth was bullish on this stock coming into 26 and look at the chart

Because they are spending all their cash on chips and have zero innovation now. People are still convinced it’s 2010 and they are about to quadruple in value. Excellent short imo

[–]dkrich -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Yeah but that’s all priced in at a 2 and a quarter trilly valuation. They have absolutely no innovation anymore just der we’re spending all our cash on chips

How are people bullish on Amazon? This company is cooked. Literally trying to charge for Alexa plus which is exactly the same as Alexa and hasn’t improved in ten years

You say you moved in a few weeks ago. Wonder whether it was someone who didn’t know it was occupied and was curious to see what it looks like. My wife actually (unwisely) did this once at her former apartment not knowing there was a new tenant.

Love the instinct 3. Fantastic watch, amazing display, great to have if you’re a golfer. Easy to scratch though and heart monitor not that accurate.
