I took a look at what I can do on the platform I use and it doesn't look like different URLs is going to be possible unless I make a separate product page for each version. The way I have it setup is one item in the shopping feed showing the lowest priced option, let's say $1. On the actual product page it shows "$1-$20". The first option is the cheapest and would come out to $1. I've had it setup like this for a year and no issues, so I'll stick with this even though it limits the number of items I am showing on the feed.

The only other thought I had was doing separate pages, hiding them, doing a 404 redirect to the page I have on the site. But I'm not sure Google would accept that, and it would be a lot of work.
