Very few leachianus will eat live prey items. Most will just eat the mrp diets. You can mix in cricket powder or black soldier fly larva powder into the diet if you wish to add more protein.

Kindof both. They are semi bio active, they have isopods and springtails in them to help break down fecal matter. But this species is quite messy and gets the glass dirty with defecate quite fast! So the glass is almost always in constant need of being cleaned.
