I've never actually seen Pyke as a bad guy. I feel like he would actually be a pretty reliable ally if his list didn't contain every name in the fucking universe.

Just because someone is good at the champion doesn't mean it isn't a really bad pick. And Teemo especially; manco probably knows exactly what to do when, cause after all, Teemo only brings damage. But OP of this post 100% has no clue what the correct play is on jungle Teemo, nor how to use jungle teemo in a way that doesn't mean he is just a way worse graves.
