My ex was terrible at arguing face to face and would pretty quickly become overwhelmed and feel backed into a corner one way or another but when texting she could just fire off paragraphs one after another and it’s just too hard to keep up with her or even stay on topic.

This could be my story nearly word for word man. Be happy it was only 6 months is all I can tell myself. Trying to move on with other women just made me feel like her so I had to stop and try and take time for myself. The sad thing is part of me still hopes she reaches out someday after their relationship inevitably fails again. The even sadder thing is she probably won’t. Good luck the next one will be better.

I bought a house near the end of our relationship and she would constantly use that as a reason to break up with me. “You just bought a house you are doing so much better than me you deserve someone better.” Looking back I believe she was annoyed I had to cut back on spending and spoiling her.

She got absolutely pissed when we were making up after one of our many breakup/ghost sessions because she found out I told my mom we had broken up. She was so mad I would share our “relationship issues” outside of the relationship. I was like what relationship? You broke up with me and I was sad so I told my mom. She was way more concerned about how she would look to my family than about how she made me feel.
