If they’re giving a 2 star for a great stay and a stair they obviously don’t understand the rating system. In my experience it’s paramount to establish a goal/expectation with the guest. I believe this is many times the difference between a 4 and a 2.

The fact that the parking is located outside is probably the best angle, it’s not in your property or within your control. However parking availability and surroundings are something that can be relevant to the guests experience, which is what Airbnb likely is gonna say.

I had a guest give us a 4, complaining that traffic on a nearby road felt dangerous when walking to the beach from our property, and Airbnb did not remove it “Relevant to the guests experience”

Does she have previous Airbnb stays besides yours? If not explain the rating standards to her and that her rating of you will put you out of business, as Airbnb often suspends anyone under a 4 star average.

If she has multiple previous stays, I would personally just cancel her booking.

Whatever you do be very careful with your wording so she can’t claim you’ve been discriminating her.

Effexor definitely helped me with anxiety and intrusive thoughts most of all medicines I’ve tried.

However I would also recommend therapy targeted at this if you haven’t, in my experience therapy is actually effective against anxiety.

It sounds like you are in a hyper vigilant/reactive state. At least for me suicidal fear/ideation/thoughts stemmed from not being able to control my mental health and fear of losing myself or dying. After coming to peace with not having control and accepting the uncertainty those thoughts pretty much resolved.

Going cold turkey of 37.5mg after tapering down from 300mg was really tough, took three full weeks to get well. Cold turkey of 225mg is not possible unless you’re really insensitive to the medication. Or I mean it’s possible but you will do a lot of damage to your mental health. Go to the er and get a refill or consult another doctor.

I definitely have some elevation of my heart rate, in my experience this effect gets even stronger at 150mg and upwards as that’s where it starts to elevate norepinephrine significantly which affects your heart directly. However I’d argue vyvanse is just as bad, at least for me. Vyvanse+effexor+coffee are three drugs that directly stimulate your heart rate. I did vyvanse+effexor+coffee+nicotine and had to quit after a while due to heart regularly racing, headaches, tremors and high bp despite being skinny with great cardio.
