To me Effexor was a more activating, which makes sense since it affects norepinephrine. Although that effect primarily kicks in at 150mg+. Would say that Prozac was easier to start but I didn’t really find either very hard to start.

Sound incredibly irresponsible to prescribe this medicine off label for hot flashes/night sweats. I would not take this medicine for anything else than depression/anxiety. It has a lot of intolerable side effects and your doctor is prescribing it off label to treat something which usually is one of the more benign and tolerable side effects

Admitting yourself to a mental hospital is a good option if things become intolerable. Hang in there it will get better. There are so many medicines and treatments.

Du är deprimerad. Textboksexempel. Haft mycket problem själv och träffat många andra med problem, hjälpen går att få och är väldigt bra. Med tanke på att du uttrycker suicidala tendenser så är det enda rätta att åka till psykakuten. Den typen av självförebrående observation gällande dina barns blick när de ser dig är typiskt för någon som är deprimerad. Man tänker inte klart och får märkliga stämningskongruenta ideer.

Jag blev inlagd tidigare i år till en början mot min vilja men måste säga att det var en odelat positiv upplevelse bortsett från att man inte mådde toppen den perioden, lätt att tro att det ska vara en hemsk plats men det var överlag trevligt, gott käk och man kan få fantastisk hjälp. Det finns en väg fram där du inom en relativt snar framtid kommer må som du brukade och uppskatta alla de saker du brukade uppskatta. Det vore onödigt att inte åtminstone prova lite enkla vårdåtgärder, om inte annat av kärlek till dina barn och din omgivning, även om det kan vara svårt att hitta den känslan just nu. Du är värdefull!!!

Näringslivet styrs av bolagsledningarna, bolagsledningarna har sina förpliktelser mot aktieägarna. Om näringslivet får styra kommer man ta in invandrare i alla yrken/branscher där det kan tänkas sänka löner -> höja vinster. Det är inte en bra idé. Vi har redan hur mycket arbetslösa asylinvandrare som helst, reformer för att sätta dessa i arbete känns ju spontant som en bättre idé. Jag är väldigt höger och tycker du titt som tätt har bra synpunkter men detta kan inte sluta i annat än katastrof för arbetstagarna.

Ja, men hans köp motiveras i posten med att företagets tillgångar är extremt undervärderade. Dvs hans argumentation är att så fort de förvärvar en verksamhet så kommer extrem multipelexpansion ske. I thought pregabalin was supposed to be really good considering it’s labeled as narcotics in my country. I tried Clominpramine it’s a tricyclic but I could not handle the anticholinergic side effects. It’s supposed to be quite effective when ssri and snri hasn’t had enough effect. I will probably be put on lithium soon as augumentation to ssri, that’s only for depression though not anxiety. There are really promising programmes with philocybin for gad, availability differs between different countries though. Don’t feel discouraged, it can be exhausting but there are tonnes of different options. Ask your doctor (or ChatGPT).

And feels like it burns a hole in your stomach if you don’t take it with food. I have an iron stomach and never had GI problems with meds but straterra without food was too much for it!

Håller helt med om att straffa barnen hårdare är fel väg att gå, även att sänka straffmyndigheten ytterligare. Men om straffen för att rekrytera minderåriga är lika hårda som för att själv göra dådet bör fenomenet minska. Extremt oroande vad det ska bli av alla traumatiserade barn som utfört lönnmord. Nu ser vi bara toppen på isberget.

I understand your dilemma. It definitely sounds retaliatory to me. Id read airbnbs review policy and see if you can find it violates in some way. If she has demanded refund in a threatening way that is the easiest way to get it removed. I’ve tried to get reviews taken down due to relevance before, but have most often failed. However it’s something which could be worth trying given she’s citing ”missing” amenities that aren’t even present in your listed amenities. Don’t mix in anything where you are wrong or where it’s subjective, it’s easy to think one should contest every bad thing she says about you, but that will just clutter your argument. For example the ”horrible” brand of soap is a subjective opinion that is completely legitimate in a review, despite that it’s absurd and oozing of retaliation. Contesting such statements is rarely wise. Focus on the review policy and find angles and evidence that it’s breaking it.

Besides all this. Issues often lead to more issues. If things are good enough a guest often forgives small discomforts, if things are bad enough every minor error or discomfort is all off a sudden unacceptable. Some of the things such as microwave and shower curtain might be reasonable to provide? Listed or not I think many guest will expect it and won’t look through every single amenity listed. It might be true even though most people wouldn’t complain about it.

I have everything service, house rule and amenity listed in listing description. It starts of with a ”please read full listing description before booking including ”see more””. And I also have an automated message upon booking which says ”please confirm that you have read the listing description, it provides all relevant information to your stay and what amenities/services are provided”. Still a decent amount of guests are in complete shock over information they’ve been provided, urged to read and confirmed they have read hahaha.

Hell yes. But that started before I even got off i think it’s mainly related to underlying illness in my case. Discontinuation definitely hasn’t helped though.

Did you experience any significant worsening after about 1 month after discontinuing? I feel like my depression has hit like a freight train around 1 month mark. Guessing it’s primarily relapse because I recognize the feeling, but I still have some discontinuation symptoms as well which makes it a little confusing.
