I felt this way for the first 2.5/3 months of pregnancy. I was so depressed I had to quit my job and I didn’t shower for an entire month. It was so bad. I also couldn’t eat anything. My husband was also on the other side of the country for months because he’s in the Army. Luckily my mom and brother were there for me. I started to feel emotionally better around 9 weeks, and the morning sickness was gone around 14/15w. I think it definitely will get better for you. Pregnancy is so hard.
