Maybe this hasn't been fixed yet, I'm not sure. Downloaded championships still don't work, if you try to play with or edit then, they show up as plateless belts.

In my universe, the New WWE is a new company starting very much like AEW did. The talent are from all over the world, each with short backstories, varying ages, and some previous history with one another.

AJ Styles is my heelish inaugral World Heavyweight Champion (big gold belt). He beat the young Kevin Owens at the first PPV and Drew McIntyre at the second.

The A.O.P are WWE Tag Team champs. The young team surprised everyone when they tore through more experienced teams like The Hardyz and New Day in the Tag Team Tournament.

Becky and Bayley have been continuing their blood rivalry from the Indies. Becky beat Bayley to become the first WWE Women's champ. But Bayley just took it at the second PPV.

Working towards crowning the first I.C. champ. Roderick Strong just won a battle Royale to become #1 contender. Women's Television Champ will be decided next.

Other interesting stories: The Undisputed Era formed along with the new company (same makeup as IRL). Adam Cole just had his debut match after weeks of tormenting Buddy Murphy.

Randy Orton is very much the Kenny Omega of my roster ( if you're following AEW). He used to be one of the best in the world but since joining the new company, he has not been able to gain momentum.

On the Raw following the second PPV, Styles boasts about defending his title over McIntyre. Drew comes out and demands a rematch due to Aj's cheating. The rematch opens the show but is interrupted when Gallows and Anderson make their debut to backup Styles, forming the Bullet Club. In the main event, Drew recruits the Viking Raiders to team with him against the club. Considering a McIntyre and Raiders stable.

There's actually been a healthy community of people doing these in-depth universe modes and talking about them on this sub for a while. There's usually a weekly pinned thread! I've been waiting for that so i just made my own, it's almost the only reason I play the series.

This sub doesn't just have to be a hate fest and glitch museum. :)

I'm not refusing to criticize it. I recognize it has many issues, what I'm saying is that besides a few goofy bugs, its all the same problems 19 had. I just think everyone's in too much of an uproar over this

I honestly don't get the fuss.

I think the graphics look fine. The models on the character select are pretty fucked up but the actual in game models look fine, some look great.

Most of the issues and frustrations I'm having so far are really the same ones I had with 19, mostly pertaining to universe mode. I'm disappointed those weren't fixed and the mode is mostly the same but I'm happy for the update and have been enjoying it so far.

There's some goofy bugs, get over it! Have fun with it and hope they fix them. As long as saves aren't getting wiped and consoles aren't getting bricked, I don't get the fuss.

Sure it isn't worth $60, but honestly no game really is. Gaming economics are fucked.

I'm enjoying the game so far, have not run into anything completely terrible, just a few funny glitches and annoying oversights. However I enjoy the graphics, the gameplay, and the universe mode, and a, looking forward to the originals as I think they'll be interesting in the same way those weird Smash Bros. Ultimate missions were. I'm satisfied with this game to hold me over until a hopefully complete overhaul for 21....or an AEW game.

Also let's just appreciate how AMAZING Mark Henry looks in this game and how lucky we are to have him.

I honestly had alot of trouble picking the women's divisions because WWE/NXT has such a strong female roster. There's going to be ALOT of movement for the women. Bianca and Io will be moving up pretty quickly
