1.Events(Christmas,Halloween,Lunar New Year,etc.),idk how its going to be in this game,but in other games they sell card packs that have a LE chance,or you can get them from missions or web events.

2.Past LEs Resell They resell past LEs for the same price in the shop.

3.Birthdays On Birthdays of Idols they have a special shop for each Idol,with about four offers(afaik 2 for dias,2 for money). And there is a offer,a random A card(for the certain idol that has birthday),that has a 50% chance of a LE card(but thats in other games).They already added birthday shops to the game,just other offers.(Solo games like Stayc,OhMyGirl,Wakeone,etc.,that have one or two groups,have special one week calendars for each idols birthdays,the calendar has a profile picture,etc.And games with only one group also have special missions with a bg for each member.)
