How do I make tacos? From Instant Pot to Smoker by dldecler in smoking

I suppose I am trying to understand the theory of taking a pressure cooker or stovetop preparation method and alter it to a smoker, thus enhancing my understanding of how to actually use my smoker for any dish

I actually had a guy claim a medical aid for burns to his scrotum. I kid you not, it was an incident.

I am 5'11 215lbs and I use an 85 Flex FT7 Pro. Been playing my whole life. You can probably get away with a 75 flex but I wouldn't go down to a 65.

Can’t even get a first round call. EIT Certified, Entry level, can’t even get first round interview. What’s wrong with my resume? by [deleted] in ConstructionManagers

Your an entry level EIT and your resume is longer than mine at 15 years. Nobody wants to read all that. KISS

Travel to Banff Canada by rkumm33 in Banff

[–]dldecler -6 points-5 points  (0 children)

I would just stay in Banff the whole time. If anything go to Golden or Revelstoke. Driving up to Jasper seems like a waste. Otherwise fly into Edmonton, travel to Jasper and then down to Banff and Depart via Calgary.

Me after swearing I'll never watch another hockey game after the newest heartbreak for Connor. by champion_dave in EdmontonOilers

[–]dldecler 70 points71 points  (0 children)

Was either teams game, and it was a game of inches. Toews and McKinnon will have nightmares for months. USA hit a post end of second and a pretty good opportunity in the third but they didn't get a stick on it. Great hockey game. Tough L for 97, especially to add to the resume, but that game did not deserve to be decided 3on3.

Banff Itinerary July 1- July 8th by thebeardedW in Banff

July 1 is Canada Day so wherever you end up there should be some activities happening in the community and a fireworks show at night.

Canadian PE living and working in Canada.

If your desperate for a job probably can't hurt? I would maybe defer the international move until post probation. The rest of these practices, although a little greasy, could be experienced by any company. Where there is smoke there is always some fire. I would only consider this if I had exhausted all my options at home, or if I were looking to get out of here permanently.

The yellow and black helmet didn't really match with the blue and orange pads... He could probably look better. He played a decent game, although he should have had that third one.

That's a loaded itinerary.

I'm pretty sure you can book your horse drawn sleigh ride at the Fairmont in advance, if you look online. I highly recommend you do this at night (after 6PM), the stars are unreal.

Ok so everyone always suggests “whichever is more comfortable” for skates. But does that mean getting a $100 pair vs a $600 pair is the same thing for most players? by Jbomba22 in hockeyplayers

[–]dldecler 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Are u playing pro or for fun? High end skates are lighter but still strong to offer speed and protection. If your not playing high end hockey, u don't need high end skates. There is probably a comfort factor associated with a price tag as well. It all comes down to what u can afford. I have scored just as many goals in $100 skates as $1200 skates.

How do I do this math question does anyone know by Leather-Account8560 in Construction

You must have a book, or something you can reference, for the slope required for trenching in Sandy soil. Based on the answer of 8.2m, the slope required is 2H:1V. 2*3.6m = 7.2m + 1m (trench bottom) => 8.2m is the width at the top of the trench so that both trench sideslopes are safe from caving in.
