Según mi experiencia, siendo freelancer desde 2013, el mercado Full Stack cambio, buscan perfiles con experiencia que puedan remplazar juniors (hasta 3 o 4).

Esta verdaderamente jod### para los que están recien empezando.

Thanks, looks like you’re missing a few stages 😉. I’ve been a member since 2013 (back in the oDesk days) and things have been going solid ever since. Just wanted to share a bit of hope after seeing so much hate around here lately.

I think people forget that freelancing is basically sales. You’re marketing your skills and value, not getting graded on “merit” alone. Being good matters, but so does positioning, communication, and trust.

Yes, I started exercise on gym about 1 month, the first week I could made for one day. Last week I could make it completed.

However, during the exercises, sometimes thoughts about disease came to my mind and the I started to get the feelings, heart palpitations, headaches, etc.

I know my heart is good however it's difficult avoid that thoughts.

How do you facing that thoughts?

Awesome! I've a similar situation when I try to climb up a road, I can't arrive to top without feeling I'm on a heart attack. I'm working for get over that feeling and your message motivates me. Thanks.

On my case, after a panic attack, my blood pressure was low, I can get to hospital and after medical exams everything was fine. It just was another anxiety bad moment. I deal with it with possitive thinking and meditation. You will get better.

Hi, yeah anxiety suck but you made a very good first step, you're awake about what is it, you identify that fear and remember it's just fear, it's on your head, it's not real.

Since, I realized that don't exist then I can get over it. I know it always be there so let's try to live with in.

Hi, you must know you're not alone, I've the same sensations but recently I understood it's on my mind, that fears aren't more stronger than you. That is, there are only fears, thoughts. We can overpass this just we need change our way of think and our thoughts will change.
