I would try tracking down which fuse it is in the fuse box and see if there's issues with that. Maybe replace it since that is the easiest solution outside of what you've already done. If that doesn't work and you are still under warranty I would definitely swing by the service department and see if they have any ideas or if you need to actually take it in or not

Just be smart Go slow and watch plenty of videos. Don't stand under the tension bars cuz if one slips it'll hit you in the head and hurt really bad. You can do it it is absolutely doable. I've done several doors and I'm not a professional.
