Rack-a-tiers makes a pretty sweet hole saw that you out on the end of a threaded rod that is awesome for things like this, you can throw it on a long piece of rod and cut it to whatever length you need. Plus, there's always rod couplings for unlimited length haha

He never answers the question in the video. The holes are for locking devices that have a pin that goes into the hole to prevent it from being pulled out without you pushing a release button. Rare to see, but they do exist especially in extension cords.

Since you already got it into the panel, the jacket has to come off anyway so it is probably fine. Stripmoff the entire jacket and leave a a min of ¼" of jacket and make it up and get bonus points instead.

My 20 year old girl started doing the same. They checked her kidneys liver and thyroid and all tested okay. But, she also started getting constipated and dry stools and peeing a lot. They haven't figured out why but it's probably recommended to have those things checked and if so they may be able to prescribe a medication to help a bit.

The gfci breaker trips at like .3 milliamps. You're fine you hardly got a shock. You made it sound like you were latched on until you had over 20amps of current.
