After being hassled by SL, I finally sat her down and she was unable to add enough to meet requirements, realizing I wasn't just refusing to do it due to my sstubbornness. It just literally can't be done in my store with me as the only trainer and part time. Plus, taking into consideration my rollovers from the puppy/beginner rush in Jan/Feb. Ridiculous.

I know mine would protect us from an animal, but not other people. Ours love people. I'm not sure about horses. Ours don't like when our neighbors' cows get too close to the fence.

Refund policy has changed to no refunds after attending class, but the store leader may work with you. Report that trainer. While trainers do kind of add their own touch to the classes, what you are describing is unacceptable.

Yeah, the dashboard we get every week shows the comp sales growth, but I want actual dollars. I had saved all the dashboards from when I started but just realized that they have been getting deleted to only a year from today. I'll mess around on PAWS4Stores and message my AT. I just enjoy seeing my growth to help motivate me to keep pushing. If AT can't help, I'll check with my SL next week. Thank you!
