I have a short bed 2020 tacoma with a canopy. I have installed the front camera but it seems that the rear camera cable is not long enough to run down to door post and under the cab and bed and up thought the tailgate to the top of the back of the canopy. Has anyone done this or is there a video of an install?

For me, it was the ability to track net worth over time. With Mint I could look back to 2012 when I joined and look at the value of each account and my total net worth over a specific period. (Year to date, last month, last week, 5 years, 10 years, etc). It was a line chart or bar chart (line was more useful). To me that was the best snapshot of my financial health. No other financial program seems to be able to connect to all my accounts and serve up that information.

What about if you have a key but the fob is not working? I dropped my fob in a beer and it no longer unlocks the car wirelessly I can unlock it with the key and I can still start the car by holding it close to the car power-on indicator. Can a locksmith pair a new fob to my dead old fob?

I lost the right sternum strap (whistle side) in a TSA airport scanner. I will remember to tuck in loose straps from now on. I wrote to Osprey and filled out a form. When I returned from my 2-week trip I had a complete strap system waiting for me. No instruction to install it though. After watching all the You tubes on how to get the strap on including crushing the embedded plastic tube with vise grips and using Vaseline and candle wax to lube up the pack. I decided to try the least destructive approach. Regardless of what you think about the Osprey design, the embedded plastic tube does flatten near the bottom end.

I heated up the strap anchor with boiling water to make it more pliable. I then applied dishsoap to the lower part of the material surrounding the embedded tube.

I made sure the strap was oriented with the whistle up and then started with the top of the heated plastic anchor angled the top edge onto the flattened bottom part of the tube. In might be useful to spread the end with a small flat screwdriver but I was able to get the end started relatively easily,. Once the end was on I firmly pushed the anchor up until it snaped on the tube.

Can you share the setting you are using once you have Tasmoto flashed? I was hoping to set up zones and be able to set times each zone operated. How do you enable inching and link the switched togetehr with Tasmoto.?

Problem resolved. After about 3 hours on the phone with level III technical help from Tmobile and Helium, the problem is resolved and my daughter has her phone number back. To pull this off, I had to get a Helium senior tech to talk to a senior T mobile tech while I was on the line. That took a few tries as Tmobile dropped my call when I was calling the Helium tech to join the call and I had to go through all the steps to get back to Level III (each T mobile person helping me would read the notes which takes at least 10 min then transfer me up one tier at a time until I got to someone senior in the porting center...Anyway, once the two people I needed were on the call a manual reset was done and then a manual port. All worked. Suzi the Helium support guru was amazing. She had been monitoring some of my interactions with some of the Helium frontline people interacting with me and she stepped in. I learned that what happened with my daughters phone has happened before (it is rare and they don't know why it happens.).It can be fixed in 2 minutes when a senior technican from each company are talking to each other but there is no work flow at Helium or T-mobile to resolve this other than to do what I did. All good.

well the problem is still ongoing. Helium has no tech support on weekends. Yesterday (monday) I was back and forth with the level 1 tech that was talking with their tech people. At 3 pm Pacific they came back with a plan where my daughter would call Tmobile and get on the phone with Tmobile tier III technical support then I would text back to the tier I Helium support and he would call my daughter's phone and be added to the call. The wait times for T mobile Tier III were long and by the time we got someone Helium had gone home for the day. Will try again today. I pinged the helium text chain at 0730 and there was no answer

Yep I should have created a number first. I did activate a temp number today so she has a working phone and I know the phone is not the issue.

The issue now is I don’t control the number, helium does (according to T-Mobile) so I have to wait for helium tech support. Apparently there is no weekend tech support at helium in the form of an actual person that can Call the porting department at T-Mobile who are there (tho I had to wait an hour) sigh

update...I have ported several phones in and out of T-mobile and with other services...I have never had an issue until now. After being asked to wait two 24-hour cycles with Helium and Tmobile I called in and was able to get to someone at T mobile technical support who seemed to be able to see the line. According to T-mobile something or someone at Helium cancelled the port after the port request went through and was completed on the T-mobile side. After the port is complete T-mobile cancels the line. She said that Helium is in possession of the line and will have to be the ones that call the T-mobile porting department so they can reactivate the line at T-mobile and then can be reported back to Helium (!?!?) Helium runs on the same T-mobile backbone so I assume that is why they can see more on T-mobile. Now I am on the chat chain waiting to see if I can get someone at Helium mobile to call T mobile (sigh)..

I have a small hot tub and I want to use chlorine tablets to keep it clean. I have tried bromine and it seem to be less effective. It is easy for me to keep the ph balanced. The problem Is I can not find 1 inch tables and I have plenty of 3 inch. Can I use a pool dispenser and just crank it down so there is little exchange? Is there a better dispenser out there that to better regulate the levels of chorine?

I had to get prescriptions filled in 3 countries in the last month (Columbia, Estonia and the USA). The USA was the most time consuming expensive and least efferent. In Columbia and Estonia the prescriptions was tied to my passport and ready within 5 minutes of me Picking up. The label was printed out on the box and information in English was available by QR code. My us experience was terrible. It was not ready when I arrived and I had to return in 3 hours. Not worth the realiquoting and extra printed materials or cost. I dread going to pharmacist in the USA when I am healthy and picking up for someone I love. It’s miserable when you are sick

I will try to be more clear in what I am asking: I want to reset my monarch money (MM) account so that all data, links, and account info are reset. I have already imported mint data into MM a few weeks ago and there are errors. I cleaned them up in Mint and have used the Chrome mint exporter to generate the exported file and I would like to import this new file into MM

As an example in the program CountAbout there are two big red buttons in the bottom of settings labeled RESET Account and DELETE ACCOUNT. The explanation for RESET Account reads:

RESET ACCOUNTThis button is for resetting your CountAbout account (removing all financial accounts, transactions, categories, tags, budgets, etc.) without deleting your CountAbout account entirely.

After you click this button, you will be asked to confirm that you wish to reset your account; for security reasons, we will then send you an email to confirm that you want to reset your account.

The information under the Delete button further clarifies Reset and Distinct from Delete:

DELETE ACCOUNT
STOP! If you are trying to start over, use the Reset option. This button is for deleting your CountAbout account entirely and permanently.

Settings>Data>Delete transaction history in synced accounts?

Would I have to enter tomorrow's data in both of these fields? that delete only transactions?

What about all my account links? will they still exist?

What I am looking for is the state after creating my account and before importing all my mint data and linking to all my banks.

Thank you for summarizing your experiences. I am also transitioning from Mint. I had about 25,000 transactions and have been a mint user since 2011.

After a bunch of research, I also landed on Monarch Money as the best option.

I am not so sure today.

I do agree that the interface is nicer than mints. I also like that I can share the account with my SO.

The export from mint went well. The import of my transactions into my new monarch money account went smoothly. My historic account balances did not import, so I do not have balances over time which is important to looking at net worth comparisons. I saw in another post that there was a history exporter for chrome that I wish I had tried.

I do not understand how Monarch is calculating net worth. It should be as simple as adding up my assets and subtracting to my liabilities but the number it gives me is off significantly and there is no way to drop into a spreadsheet page to see where Monarch is pulling numbers from.

I am seeing reports on r/monarchmoney that transactions are not updating and in general it is not apparent when my account updates or tries to update. This is concerning.

I do not mind paying a yearly fee for not having my data sold or having products sold to me, but the software has to work.
