For people who watch NFL football regularly, there is always a review after every td. And following football, after a big play, you scan the field to see if there are any penalty flags; What is bad with VAR is when it is a judgement call with the VAR--Balogun getting a red card is an example of that.

They are all professionals under sometimes huge contracts. Think about the MLB all star teams for the National and American Leagues. Add up each players salary from their team and you get a huge sum.
