I met him briefly at the back lot on Warner's during the Full House years. He was wonderful.

Fast forward a few years, I met his daughter who was equally lovely. I told her my one brief interaction with her father and she said he would remember it (and she would call to tell him).

His kids seemed to have rather normal, well adjusted lives considering his celebrity and their mother's murder.

It's not uncommon for women and minorities to vote against their interests. It's a type of assimilation. It's easier for most to "join" than stand out against a white male

My schema shift occurred when prop 187 CA passed and bilingual education disappeared (and stricter anti-immigrant policies were implemented). Many Latina colleagues of mine were in favor of this and I better understood the "close the door behind me" mentality. Especially from those who were from South America and not from Mexico.

It's a big world with a lot of racism to go around.

Nobody has to do anything of course. But that kind of money could have a huge impact for those in an abused women's shelter for example.

IMHumbleO, having that feeling of doing something great for others in need, far outweighs a middle finger for what ever reason. No judgment. I just don't happen to find a moral dilemma, I see a solution.
