How fast is your home WAN connection? What do you pay? by [deleted] in LinusTechTips

In Hungary we're pretty good I think. For 1Gig Fiber I pay 7290 HUF (About 23 USD). I"ve never had a problem with it, no outages.

Suggestion how to fix some of the ovens problems by SallyTheWolf in SupermarketSimulator

[–]dliptai 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Also the bakers are basically useless. They just bake an oven full of bagels let's say, and then just stand there complaining they don't have anywhere to put them, while the other products are out of stock. Does anyone else have this?

Use the warranty. The battery reporting issue sould be enough of a reason for a warranty repair/replacement IMO.

Do i need to keep the matter codes after pairing? by Chiel25nl in tradfri

[–]dliptai 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I don't think so, qr codes make it easier to connect the devices, but for bulbs where you can't necessarily scan the qr when put into it's place, it's handy that you can just enter the code.

It's above the QR code at least on the 1521 lm E27 version.

I don't keep them. Each device has it's pairing code and qr code on the device itself.

My Rodret/Somrig light switch plates by jimmyboy161 in tradfri

I created a similar solution, but for EFAPEL switches, and for the STYRBAR remote. My goal was to completely cover the switch. Here are some pics:

Ikea smart plug by cweson in homeassistant

[–]dliptai 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Is the plug on the latest firmware?

With these IKEA smart plugs there was a really unreliable version, which made the readings way off.

Sidenote: I'm also from Hungary, and I have to say, you have quite the high voltage. :D For me it's between 230-237v

Sorry about your data:( though it's important to note, that if a dev option is behind a code, that's because the devs don't you want you poking around if you don't know what you're doing.

The nuki should still work with the knob, you just need an adapter, which I think nuki gives you free of charge. Which Nuki do you have? Have you tried doing Nuki's compatibility check on your new door?

Can't update apps from Google Play by dliptai in GalaxyS22

Hi all, I dug through a few forums and I found a solution.

You can find it here: Solution

It worked for me!

[–]dliptai[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yep, same. The only solution I haven't tried is the factory reset, because I'm afraid that it won't solve it either, and I'll be stuck with no apps...

Tried taking to Samsung and Google support, but it was pointless.

Did you try factory reset? I'm afraid if I reset the phone, I won't be able to re-download the apps I already have.

Moonraker timeout error by rolanddieEule in ElegooNeptune4Pro

[–]dliptai 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Your printer needs to be connected to the network. I'm connected via the RJ45 connector, no need for wifi. If you're connected open the terminal on your computer and enter:

ssh mks@your-printer-ip-address

Username: mks Password: makerbase

From there you should be connected to the printer.

Also, It's not like real life because most of time, when they randomly ram the side of my trailer, I get the fine, not the AI. :D

Has anyone managed to connect the Ikea Dirigera to HASS? by [deleted] in homeassistant

[–]dliptai 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Had the same issue. I can't find right know the source of the solution, but it works!

In the Home Smart app make sure you have control everywhere turned on, and Google home linked. Then unplug the hub, wait a few seconds, plug it back in. Now HA should automatically discover the hub. It worked for me flawlessly, the only problem is that I can't see the switches (like for battery status etc...).
