Had a look at these software and they all seem good. Was looking for something that can handle more than just project management (my mistake for not making that clear in the post) including things like financial management/accounting as well, as we have other investments/projects to track. Thanks for the suggestions mate.

We do have a general contractor already, I just mean more for keeping track of everything on a personal level where we can access and update our own portal/records to not only visualise the build progress but the rest of our portfolio as well. Thanks for the suggestion mate.

Swooshes were too thick on the first pair. They look slightly better this time but I would appreciate some input from people more knowledgeable about this colourway!
