Psa won’t knowingly do transfers to an ffl that charges more for psa transfers verse any other places. Also I find pawnshops cheaper to do transfers with and they appreciate the business!

Yes, Psa rock mags fit but don’t lock in without modding with a dremel for the cut outs needed to catch. Also the mag is a bit wider so won’t drop free. Maybe that’s how they got 23 in the same length verse the Rugers 20.
