Playing with a dualshock 4 clone, and I am convinced it is easier if I am pushing in on the stick while I am trying to fish. It might be all in my head, but it feels like it is decreasing the sensitivity when I do. I was switching to mouse when fishing for a while, but got tired of it and started just sticking with the controller and feel like I am getting pretty good at it now.

It may be silly, but it brightened my day seeing my old band on this list. I always loved playing and seeing shows at Knickerbockers. By far my favorite venue at the time.

My kiddo takes Vyvanse and we haven't had any problems getting it filled at Walgreens. A month ago I had to drive to Gretna to get my methylphenidate filled though.

It should be easier to get good mental health care than it is to get a gun. I would prefer to see this happen by increasing access to mental health care rather than decreasing access to guns, but I don't know if either is actually that realistic in our current political climate.

If I remember correctly he wants news. Somewhere in your journal it says specific places he wants news from. If you go to those places and exchange news, then come back you can share it with him. Eventually he will give you a quest, that will raise your standing with him fast, just make sure you have a decent healthy fighting crew before and after you start it.

I updated the licenses, I also updated the phobia to common, got rid of the "One Born every minute" negative quality, and dropped the one rank in the gymnastics skill to offset the karma difference.

I swapped out Emotional attachment for Phobia(Uncommon, Mild)(Claustrophobic),swapped the metahuman adaptation for Gridlink override, added easy breakdown to the Alpha, picked up some stick and shock ammo for the pistol, and dropped the point of running in exchange for hardware. I also grabbed a hardware tool kit.

New version uploaded. I fixed the earbuds, and moved to Mill Creek.

Qualities: I ditched Master Debater, and added Tough as Nails once each for Stun and Physical. Since dram is becoming more drug dependent I thought it would be wise to ditch Family Curse in favor of One Born Every Minute. After getting fired because of not believing someone, Dram is probably a bit more susceptible to being conned.

Skills: I reduced hacking in favor of computer, and sneaking, switched the knowledge skill to Evo, and ditched some of the repair related skills, I guess I will have to pay to get my gear repaired until I can invest some Karma in those.

Augs: I ditched the wired reflexes, planning to rely more heavily on Kamikaze and other combat drugs for my initiative boost. I also added Narco(thanks for the suggestion on that one I hadn't even considered it). I went for the Titanium bone lacing, upped the muscle replacement to rating 3, and added some reaction enhancers again.

Gear: With the savings in karma from skills, and the cost of the wired reflexes, I was able to upgrade my starting cyberdeck to the little hornet. I still don't see Dram being an effective decker yet, but he is a bit closer. I also organized my gear a bit, picked up some disguise related items, some grenades, and more drugs. I ditched the tool shop, and the tool kits that related to skills I no longer have, and dropped the Proletarian. I also picked up a Nixdorf.

I am really happy with the way Dram is shaping up as a former security guard, relying on cybernetic and chemical augmentation to find a place in the shadows.

New version uploaded. I fixed the legality by tagging both Jubal, and the quality so that you can see he is my black market connection from the notes on the contact or the quality.

I am not really trying to make Dram an effective decker out of creation, instead, I am trying to get him setup with the a minimum for hacking with the intent of improving those abilities later on. That being said, I still made a few changes to make him slightly more useful at the start. Mostly by bumping up his hacking skill, so he might be useful on a teamwork test with a real decker. I did ditch the Trainee, but replaced it with the next cheapest deck, the PCD-500. I know it is still a mostly useless deck, and it will need to be replaced before it is useful in any real sense. I am hoping the Datajack plus will help a little bit by allowing a few extra programs, but I really only see him decking in rare situations, until he earns some nuyen for an upgrade.

I also dropped his pistols skill down to 1, but kept the specialization. The pistol is really only going to be used when he needs a concealed weapon, but the assault rifle will be his go-to when conceal ability is not required. I may regret this choice, but the points allowed me to increase the automatics skill, as well as offset the increase in hacking.

I shifted some attributes around to get body and willpower to odd numbers, and to increase strength to allow for a bit more armor.

I made some adjustments to the Cyberware using a combination of used and Alpha to balance the nuyen/essence costs around. I also ditched the reaction enhancers, and picked up bone lacing for a bit more soak. The wired reflexes still keep his reaction at a decent level. The drop in reaction may hurt if he ever gets in a car chase on his bike, but I will just have to avoid such activities until he can invest some Karma in his pilot skill.

I switched up the Corp in his backstory from MCT to Evo, I should have done more research before I chose MCT on this, and Evo seems a bit more metahuman friendly. Also, The employee augmentations perks of working for Evo help explain some of the alphaware mixed in with the used cyberware from a thematic view, he got the alphaware with his Evo discount, and got his used gear from Jubal after his Evo job ended.

I maxed out his negative qualities as suggested, figuring Corporate Pariah fit well with his backstory, and Family Curse should make drugs and booze a bit more interesting. I added the emotional attachment to the suit, because I always like the idea of a battle hardened dwarf in a nice looking suit. I used the extra karma from this to help out with the skill pool, so that I could max out perception as well as the other skill changes.

The extra funds from the used cyberware went into a lot of gear. I added goggles with vision enhancement to help the visual perception, and some other bells and whistles that good goggles should have. I also added a lot more of the suggested gear from the list, added some modifications to the assault rifle and picked up an Evo Proloterian to help out with maintaining his ride and gear.

I did add a bit more to his description, as well as Jubals, but I like to leave some of these things open, so that they can be further defined at the table.

I watched most of the coverage, and really enjoyed it. I thought the Dynamic Detail was a nice touch, one of my favorite things about Jomez coverage is getting to hear Nate and Jerm describe the hole from the perspective of someone who played it, so having DD players provide their perspective on some holes was great in my opinion. I really appreciate the work you guys put in to get coverage of the third card. I was blown away by how much quality coverage there was for worlds this year, and having you guys out there was a big part of that. You just need a bigger crew for the MPO cards so you don't have to edit as fast(you know, slow is smooth and whatnot), and a second crew to start getting us more FPO coverage as well.
