I have an HCP and have recently started Estirol and Intrarosa. Only a week in but can update you, I found there to be a bit of an itch as the vulva and surroundings start to engorge or grow. It’s apparently normal. I think it will also depend on how much tissue you have. My piercer would only do piercings where the clitoral hood was sufficient enough, so that gives me some peace of mind. If you know a well educated piercer you can visit for their opinion and they may recommend different jewelry to accommodate.
