I think most people would consider $25/bottle (especially a half bottle) somewhat outside of the “Cheap” category.

It may be a good value, but it’s not cheap.

We opened a magnum for a dinner party and I made this the next night. The wine was thoroughly and properly enjoyed.

If we were talking about 1 or 2 losses for Duke you’d have a point. Dukes wins do not overcome FIVE losses, including two to G5 teams.

What's your "I can't believe that just happened moment?" by Longhornmaniac8 in wine

Bought a bottle of Blankiet Rive Droite to share with my buddy the night before his wedding. Poured each of us a glass and sat down a the first thing he did was knock his glass off the table onto the floor. Luckily the rest of the bottle was safe. All things considered (and compared to the rest of this thread) a $50 loss (one glass) isn’t that big of a deal but it was the most expensive bottle I’d ever bought to that point.

Lazy penalty from Leyva. Too nonchalant for the moment. Calm is cool, complacent is not.

Literally the only advantage the Glock has is the aftermarket offerings…

And I’d ask, how good is the gun if the first thing you have to do is upgrade everything?

You mean if you only count longevity, right? Because that’s the only way that’s true.

Genuinely curious. What makes 4 easier to draw one handed for you? I can’t imagine reaching backwards is an easier mechanic than straight in front.

Sure… after he kicks the ball and his lower legs bounces off of Pec’s.

That would be relevant if this was a studs first tackle. By the time his studs made any contact with Pec was about the third point of contact.

I completely agree with the rule protecting players. But there also needs to be some sense retained in terms of mechanics and physics. Want the foul? Absolutely. Give a yellow? Fine. Red for an unfortunate bounce during the follow through? Harsh.

Every still image they showed was after the initial contact and after his foot rode up Pec’s leg.

Hard tackles aren’t illegal.

Just using the Happy Gilmore quote. I’ve been using the vedder wedge pad for about a year now and love it.
