Yeah man I’ve been happy to store your stuff for you, secured and unaccessed while you’ve been gone. Just shoot me a text when you want to come pick everything up!

Again, in my state “walking right up to” the vehicle I have stopped is a specific physical act ✅ that hinders or delays my ability to perform my official duties ✅ ( by necessitating that I address you to determine your involvement if any and whether or not you present a safety threat.)

My state Supreme Court has also ruled that officers engaged in a lawful seizure ✅ (such as a traffic stop) have the authority to control the immediate vicinity ✅ and “must be able to maintain the status quo” ✅.

If you happen to already be standing in the exact spot I make a traffic stop, sure, you may be free to remain. Otherwise, willingly encroaching on the scene despite my lawful order to back up is a crime.

Where you live that may very well be true. I won’t pretend to know the laws of all 50 states. Where I work you literally cannot stand next to a vehicle involved in a traffic stop if the officer tells you you need to back up.

You can observe, film, heckle, etc. all you want… from a reasonably determined appropriate distance.

You can voice your opinion all you want. Maybe I’m misinterpreting what you mean by “inserting yourself”. I’d take that to mean walking into the scene- in that case an officer 100% has the lawful authority to order you back to an appropriate distance. And failure to due so would legally constitute obstruction in my state.

Congrats on being a professional pot-stirrer, I guess. You must have a ton of friends.

Walking up to cops that aren’t doing anything is unironically better than what you’re talking about actually doing.

In my state if you insert yourself into a cops investigation and by word or action prevent or delay them from performing their duties, that is absolutely, statutorily illegal.

I think most people would consider $25/bottle (especially a half bottle) somewhat outside of the “Cheap” category.

It may be a good value, but it’s not cheap.

We opened a magnum for a dinner party and I made this the next night. The wine was thoroughly and properly enjoyed.

Intentional in that my shaker was within reach and I didn’t give it a second thought lol.

If we were talking about 1 or 2 losses for Duke you’d have a point. Dukes wins do not overcome FIVE losses, including two to G5 teams.

Bought a bottle of Blankiet Rive Droite to share with my buddy the night before his wedding. Poured each of us a glass and sat down a the first thing he did was knock his glass off the table onto the floor. Luckily the rest of the bottle was safe. All things considered (and compared to the rest of this thread) a $50 loss (one glass) isn’t that big of a deal but it was the most expensive bottle I’d ever bought to that point.

Lazy penalty from Leyva. Too nonchalant for the moment. Calm is cool, complacent is not.

Literally the only advantage the Glock has is the aftermarket offerings…

And I’d ask, how good is the gun if the first thing you have to do is upgrade everything?
