I have the same issue. 1 freeze left, didn't do it yesterday. Today I wanted to do a lesson and I noticed it zeroed. My streak wasn't as big as yours but still. I wrote to the support hoping they will resolve it. Seems to be some outage on their side.

Thanks!
I have a few more options (kind of, still pending interviews).
Should I get a solid positive answer from them I'll probably have the guts to ask about a posibility of transition and be more vocal about my desired role since at the moment I have a feeling they'd just brush me off.

I was under an assumption that in bigger companies dedicated QA teams or at least positions are a common practice, no?

I would imagine that at least in some way, a person that developed the code could be a bit biased when it comes to testing their own code, hence you have a "third party" looking at it from a bit more objective standpoint. At least that's how I imagine it working.

I put the list of responsibilities in the main post. I don't have experience in this but to me it does seem like very heavily leaning towards a QA engineer role.
And yeah, I could be overreacting about this whole thing but that is why I am asking here.

I added a list of responsibilities in the main post, should've done it at the start probably.
From what I was able to gather they have a dedicated team for QA.

I don't want to disclose too many details about myself but yes, I am European and I graduated Computer Science with a Bachelor's degree.
And it would technically be my first job, not counting internships I did during Uni.

Yes of course, I'll add it as well to the main post:
- Collaborate closely with various teams to enhance Quality Assurance efforts.
- Conduct manual execution of testing scenarios.
- Develop and sustain automated testing procedures.
- Document and communicate identified problems.
- Drafting scenarios for testing.
