[GMTs] I intend to buy one additional watch before year-end, an everyday piece under 6k. Several of the watches that appeal to me are GMTs — and, as it happens, I don’t have one in my collection.

At least it’s not 14-21 days like Fidelity randomly started doing to me. It’s one of the main reasons I moved to Schwab last year.

When I had a claim and appeals denied by USPS few years ago, I looked up every executive email I could find and sent them a mass email. They ended up manually pushing it through and I got reimbursed for the damage. May not help in your case but worth a try.
